Administrator guide
For club and school administrators
about 5 min to read
Admins look after the shape of the organisation — sports, teams, user accounts, branding and security. Day-to-day development work belongs to directors and coaches.
1.The Admin console
Three collapsible sections: sports, teams and users. Open the one you need.
- 1
Sports
Each sport has a director. Add co-directors as staff where a programme is run by more than one person.
Open /admin → - 2
Teams
Squads belong to a sport and have a coach. Reassign a coach here when staff change.
- 3
Users
Search, filter by role, invite new staff, reset a password, or remove an account.
- 4
Archive rather than delete
Archiving a sport or team keeps its history intact. Deleting is for mistakes, not for last season.
2.Roles, and what each can do
- 1
Player
Their own data only — check-ins, calendar, progress and published reports.
- 2
Coach
The teams they coach: sessions, monitoring, reports and the planner.
- 3
Director
Everything in their sport, plus its setup: tests, curriculum, templates and features.
- 4
Admin
The organisation: sports, teams, users, branding. Not a coaching role.
- 5
Parent
Published reports for their linked child, and nothing else.
3.Branding
- 1
Logo and colours
Your crest and palette flow through the app, reports and printed session sheets.
Open /organizations → - 2
Keep the logo small
It's displayed at around 40 pixels tall. A file under 50 KB keeps the app quick.
4.Security
- 1
Invite only
Nobody self-registers. Accounts exist because someone at your club created them.
- 2
Two-factor authentication
Available for staff accounts, and worth insisting on for anyone who can see a whole squad.
Open /account/security → - 3
Single sign-on
Google and Microsoft sign-in work for accounts you've already invited, matched on email address.
- 4
If someone leaves
Remove their account the same day. The audit log keeps a record of what they accessed.
